Do Not Use GoDaddy’s Marketing Department

What a week this has been for my Pink Chick Psychic Website.  GoDaddy hosts my website, and I have never had a problem with GoDaddy ever.  I mistakenly made the decision to hire their marketing team to improve my seo’s and keywords. I seriously do not think these people are well trained. First, my psychic shop was disconnected from the website. It was temporarily fixed, and then it disconnected again. Then it went down saying that my site wasn’t safe, and it was like that for two days. OY VEY! It takes a lot for me to get mad, but I lost my cool. Then, someone from their really cool marketing team (in their dreams) told me that I needed to pay for an SLL certificate or whatever you call it, and they would give my site back to me. I pay a lot for my website for the year, and it includes that certificate. She said that my site would be down until I paid. What gansters! I paid, because she said it would go back up instantly. Actually, it did not. I then called the support center, and he could not believe that they made me pay for the certificate, since I already have one. I am getting a refund for the SLL Certificate. He fixed it, and then this morning it went down again. I called support, and I was told that it had to do with permalinks (whatever). It was instantly fixed. I have had my site for years, and never had any problems. I do not want that marketing team to even go near my website; however, they insist that they are still working on it, and they won’t give me a refund. It is back and running. I do not recommend GoDaddy marketing for improving SEO’s and Keywords.
